At Wearown, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery across Pakistan. Because of this, our cancellation policy is designed to balance customer flexibility with efficient order handling.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Exchange Policy for eligible concerns such as damaged items.

• Cancellation requests are only valid before order processing begins

• Wearown reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once processing has started

• Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at the time of delivery may be restricted from future ordering
